Upon receiving the “no cooling” call, our technician promptly arrived at the site and began a thorough inspection of the system. After assessing the unit, it was determined that the condenser coil was severely plugged with dirt and debris, restricting airflow and preventing the system from effectively releasing heat. To address the issue, we powered off the unit for safety and carefully cleaned the condenser coil, removing the blockage and ensuring proper airflow. Once the coil was cleared, the technician conducted a performance check to ensure the system was running smoothly and cooling properly. After confirming the issue was resolved, we advised the customer on regular maintenance practices to prevent future blockages. The unit was restored to full functionality, and the cooling system was back in operation.
